Your first class opens the door. Practice is where freediving starts to feel natural. This guided practice dive is for students who have already completed an Intro to Freediving class at MFC or any reputable freediving school. It’s ideal if you want to refine your duck dive, equalization, body position, finning, relaxation, and overall comfort underwater. You’ll get structured guidance without repeating the full intro course, making it a great next step before joining open-water dives, boat dives, or certification training. Best For: Intro graduates, returning beginners, hobby freedivers, and anyone who wants to stay consistent.

What's included

• Guided Practice Session — Get instructor feedback while improving your comfort, technique, and confidence underwater.
• Skill Refinement — Work on duck dives, equalization, body position, finning, and relaxed movement.
• Basic Gear Rental — Mask, snorkel, and short fins are included when needed.
• Pool or Resort/Dive Fees — Venue-related fees are included in the listed session price.
• Underwater Video Coverage — Review your movement and keep beautiful clips from your session.
• Small-Group Environment — Max 3 students per instructor. Practice with a more personal, supportive setup instead of a crowded class.
