Terms and Validity
1. Fill up and submit this form 2. Full payment is required to avail membership/packages 3. Membership/Package is valid 1 year starting your first scheduled session
Booking
1. After activation, you may book sessions as usual using our booking website 2. Send your Booking Reference to any of our social media accounts for confirmation
Cancellation
1. Re-bookings must be than at least 7 days of scheduled date 2. Between 3-7 days, ₱1,000 rebooking fee will be charged 3. Within 3 days of the schedule, bookings cannot be rescheduled/refunded
